* Define bare-metal `controllers` and `workers` as a complex type
list(object{name=string, mac=string, domain=string}) to allow
clusters with many machines to be defined more cleanly
* Remove `controller_names` list variable

Typhoon is a minimal and free Kubernetes distribution.
