Rename Container Linux snippets variable for consistency

Browse Source 
* Rename controller_clc_snippets to controller_snippets (cloud platforms)
* Rename worker_clc_snippets to worker_snippets (cloud platforms)
* Rename clc_snippets to snippets (bare-metal)
