Allow using Flatcar Linux Edge on bare-metal and AWS

Browse Source 
* On AWS, use Flatcar Linux Edge by setting `os_image` to
"flatcar-edge"
* On bare-metal, Flatcar Linux Edge by setting `os_channel` to
"flatcar-edge"
